Transfer the Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl.

Add fresh basil and oregano to the bowl.

Add 5 garlic cloves to the bowl.

Drizzle olive oil over the mixture.

Add black pepper and Himalayan pink salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
