Combine 550 g of flour, 120 g of sugar, 7 g of dry yeast, 70 g of melted butter (cooled), 1 egg, and 250 ml of lukewarm milk in a bowl.

Knead the dough for 6 - 7 minutes.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.

Place a kitchen towel over the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.

In a separate bowl, mix 500 g of cottage cheese, 150 g of sugar, 1 egg, 100 g of raisins, and lemon aroma.

Add 50 g of breadcrumbs to the filling mixture to absorb moisture.

Place the risen dough onto a floured surface and sprinkle flour on top.

Roll the dough out into a rectangular shape, not too thin.

Shape the dough into a rectangle as much as possible.

Place the cottage cheese filling in a strip on the dough and smooth it out a little.

Fold the dough over the filling and tightly roll it up.

Cut the roll into slices about 3 - 4 fingers thick, yielding 9 larger pastries.

Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a small space between them.

Brush the pastries with one whole beaten egg generously for a nice brown color when baked.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
