Pick Pak Choy from the garden.
Smash four cloves of garlic.
Peel and cut broccoli on the bias to create a flat surface.
Peel and cut carrots on the bias.
Place cut vegetables in a container to keep organized.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
Roast broccoli and carrots in the oil to bring out flavor.
Cover the wok to help the roasting process.
Remove roasted broccoli and carrots from the wok.
Add more oil to the wok and sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add back the roasted broccoli, carrots, and Pak Choy to the wok.
Add one tablespoon of gluten-free oyster sauce, one teaspoon of gluten-free Tamari, one teaspoon of sugar, and one to two tablespoons of water.
Stir everything together and add a mixture of one tablespoon of water and half teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
