Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
Finely chop the mushroom stems, garlic, and onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped stems, garlic, and onion until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Add bread crumbs to the mixture and stir until combined.
Mix in chopped parsley, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the cooled mixture with shredded kaşar cheese and a beaten egg.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling, pressing gently to pack it in.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
