  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. 2Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until fully melted.
  3. 3Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  4. 4Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner, just enough to cover the bottom.
  5. 5Add a tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer in each liner.
