Prepare a double boiler by filling a small saucepan with water and placing a heatproof bowl on top, ensuring the bowl does not touch the water.

Bring the water to a simmer to heat the bowl without boiling it.

Measure 12 oz of semisweet chocolate chips and 12 oz of melting white chocolate or almond bark into the bowl.

Stir the chocolate mixture a couple of times as it melts, then let it melt completely until silky smooth.

Once melted, stir in the cocktail peanuts until they are evenly coated in the chocolate mixture.

Use a cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.

Allow the peanut clusters to harden at room temperature or place them in the fridge to speed up the process.
