Honey Mustard Wings

2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 lbs chicken wings
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 cups vegetable oil

Mix 2 cups of all purpose flour with 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of pepper.

Add 2 lbs of cut chicken wings to the flour mixture and coat them well.

Refrigerate the coated wings for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of yellow mustard, and 1/2 cup of honey.

Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the sauce mixture and mix well.

Heat 8 cups of vegetable oil to 360°F.

Fry the chicken wings in batches for about 13 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the wings and toss them directly into the mustard sauce.
