1 kilogram chicken thighs, bone-in
2 cups water
8 potatoes, halved

Add 2 cups of water, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is tender.

Boil rice until 80% cooked, then drain.

Fry 8 halved potatoes until crispy on the outside, but not fully cooked.

Remove chicken from the pot and grill for a crispy finish.

Layer the fried potatoes on top of the chicken and add the partially cooked rice on top.

Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until fully cooked.
