ground beef

Add 2 lbs of ground beef to a skillet.
Add the chopped onion, mix well and fully cook.
Chop the cabbage.
Once the ground beef is fully cooked, add it to a saucepan.
Add the cabbage.
Add the diced tomatoes.
Add the tomato sauce.
Add the beef broth.
Add the minced garlic.
Add 1/8 cup of brown sugar.
Add the red wine.
Add the paprika.
Add the salt.
Add the pepper.
Mix well.
Cook on medium high, covered for 50 minutes or until the cabbage gets soft. Be sure to stir occasionally.
Serve and Enjoy.
