Knead the dough until it is easy to work with.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour depending on the size of the eggs.
Set aside one quarter of the dough.
Roll out the remaining dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Place the rolled dough in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix 700 g sour cherries, 100 g sugar, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Spread the cherry mixture evenly over the dough in the baking tray.
Crumble the reserved dough on top of the sour cherries.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Once cooled slightly, slice and serve immediately.
