Boil 1 liter water and 1 liter milk.

Add 350 ml liquid oil and mix well, then add 400 gr semolina and cook until it forms a dough.

Transfer the dough to a baking dish and flatten it out.

In a separate bowl, combine 4 eggs, 1 pack of baking powder, and 2 packets of vanilla, then knead well.

Grease the bottom of a large baking dish.

Take pieces of dough slightly larger than a lemon and place them in the dish.

Bake at 200°C (392°F) until golden brown.

Prepare the syrup by boiling 1.5 liters of water with 1 kg of sugar and the juice of 1 lemon for 25 minutes.

Pour the hot syrup over the hot baked pieces and let it sit for 4-5 hours.
