Break the maretta bread into bits and soak it in milk until soft.
Chop the onions finely and add them to a pan with half a pack of butter.
Add garlic paste and a bit of salt to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Incorporate the pre-prepared Tuco (tomato-based sauce) into the onion mixture.
Mix the soaked bread into the pan, ensuring it combines well with the other ingredients.
Add crab meat to the mixture, ensuring it's well distributed.
In a separate hot frying pan, add the mixture and cook for about a minute to heat through.
Add two to three big dollops of soy sauce and some Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
Pour in a bit of cream and mix well, then remove from heat to avoid burning.
Layer sliced cheese on top of the mixture in a heated pot and let it bubble until melted.
