Coconut oil is dairy-free and adds a unique flavor.

Caramel sauce can mimic the flavor and texture.

Mash the banana and mix it with dulce de leche.

Add in brown sugar and melted butter and whisk it all together. Follow it by adding vanilla extract and eggs.

Sift in flour, baking powder and salt and again whisk it all together until well combined.

If it is to your liking add and mix in chocolate chips.

Chill the batter in the fridge to make it thick and preheat the oven in the meantime.

Spoon the batter onto the tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Cool down the cookies on wire rack.
