Cut and clean the pumpkin.

Grate the pumpkin.

Strain or squeeze the grated pumpkin.

Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground cloves, 4 tbsp sugar, 100 g walnuts kernels, 3 tbsp semolina, and 50 g raisins to the bowl and mix well.

Brush a 25x35 baking pan with 30 g oil or melted butter.

Add 6 phyllo sheets to the pan, brushing each one with oil or butter.
