Maggi Chaat

2 packets Maggi noodles
2 cups water
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/4 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup yogurt (optional)

Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.

Add the Maggi noodles to the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the Maggi tastemaker (spice mix) to the noodles and cook for another minute until the noodles are fully cooked.

Remove the noodles from heat and let them cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves.

Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the mixing bowl with the vegetables.

Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt over the mixture.

Drizzle lemon juice and mix everything well to combine.

Top with sev for crunch and serve immediately. Optionally, add yogurt on top for creaminess.
