In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Add coconut milk and vanilla extract, mixing well.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.

Fold in coconut flakes gently.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Serve with additional coconut flakes on top if desired.
