Add 2 onions and parsley to a food processor and blend.

Add minced meat and various seasonings: black pepper, paprika, 2 teaspoons of chili, 1 tablespoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of Libyan allspice, 1 tablespoon of general spice, and salt to taste (about 3/4 tablespoon).

Add tomato paste to taste (up to 1 tablespoon) and combine all ingredients to create the filling.

Prepare potato slices, ensuring they are thin for even cooking.

Take half of a potato slice, add the minced meat mixture, and spread it across, leaving space at the edges.

Cover with the other half of the potato slice, press down slightly.

Dip the stuffed potato in beaten eggs, then coat with flour, and finally add breadcrumbs to the edges.

Heat oil for 5 minutes and deep fry the stuffed potatoes on medium-high heat until deep golden brown.

Drain the fried potatoes on kitchen paper towels and add a sprinkle of salt if desired.
