Fold the dough over the filling and seal it tightly, then roll it out gently into a flat disc.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ghee or oil.
Cook the paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with yogurt or pickles.
