Instructions
- 1Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- 2Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- 3Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- 4Remove the chicken from the grill and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 5Spread a layer of marinara sauce over each grilled chicken breast.
- 6Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the sauce on each chicken breast.
- 7Top each with slices of mozzarella cheese and a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese.
- 8Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 9Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 10Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- 5Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 6Arrange the filled manicotti shells in the baking dish on top of the marinara sauce.
- 7Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the manicotti shells, ensuring they are well covered.
- 8Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- 9Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- 10Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
