Add 1/4 cup oil, 250 ml warm water, 1 tbsp salt, and 3/4 of the 1 kgr flour, mixing everything together until the dough is soft and sticky.

Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, being careful not to over-flour.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest until it slightly rises.

Divide the dough into 22 pieces and form them into balls, letting them rest for 10 minutes.

Stretch each dough ball on an oiled surface into a circle shape, brush with melted butter, fold in 4 times, and let them rest again for 10-15 minutes.

Stretch the dough pieces again into a rectangle shape, place 1 tbsp of crumbled feta cheese inside, and roll them up.
