Chicken Vesuvio

2 cups baby potatoes, halved

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup sugar snap peas

Cook the diced potatoes in a good amount of olive oil and garlic.
