Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Place large hard sourdough pretzels in a sealed bag.
Mash the pretzels until there are no really big pieces left.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2/3 cup vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon mustard powder, and 1 tablespoon onion powder.
Pour the honey-mustard mixture into the bag with the pretzels and seal the bag.
Shake the bag to coat every pretzel bite with the honey-mustard blend.
Pour the coated pretzels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them out in one layer.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Let the pretzels cool for 5 to 10 minutes after baking.
Transfer the pretzels to a serving dish and garnish with fresh dill.
