Process 1 kilogram of peanuts until fine, using about 300 grams at a time.

Chop 2 medium onions and 1 small onion roughly.

Heat a large saucepan and add a small amount of cooking oil.

Add 1 tin of tomatoes and a little water, cooking for about 10 minutes until thickened.

While the sauce cooks, peel and chop sweet potatoes and prepare cabbage.
