Roast 100 grams of sesame seeds in a pan over low to medium flame until lightly colored.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon salt, adjusting to taste, and blend for another 2 minutes.

Finally, add the tahini sauce to the chickpea mixture and blend for 5 minutes until creamy.
