1

Soak 2 cups of white beans in water overnight and wash them thoroughly.

2

Add plenty of water and begin to boil the beans.

3

Use a pressure cooker to lower the cooking time, or a regular pan if you don't have one.

4

Add 4 or 5 tablespoons of olive oil to the pressure cooker.

5

Add 300 grams of cubed meat and sauté until it changes color.

6

Sauté 1 big onion and add it to the mixture, continuing to sauté for about 5 more minutes.

7

Check the beans for foam and continue to cook for 5 minutes to help remove gas.

8

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1/2 tablespoon of hot red pepper paste, and 1 tablespoon of butter, sautéing until the raw smell is gone.

9

Drain the white beans and add them to the mixture.

10

Add salt and a little bit of paprika.

11

Add 1/2 teaspoon of all-purpose flour and sauté for 3 more minutes to thicken the sauce.

12

Add hot water about two inches over the beans and close the lid after the vent pipe is up.

13

Cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 30 minutes without touching the lid.
