Start by introducing the recipe and ingredients needed for the turkey meatloaf.
Prepare 2 packs of ground turkey meat, eggs, feta cheese, and 2 bell peppers (red and green).
Decide on using 1 or 2 onions after chopping them up.
Use frozen chopped spinach that has been thawed and drained of excess water.
Gather seasonings: complete seasoning, Italian breadcrumbs, pink Himalayan salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
Heat about 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and bell peppers to the pan and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Season the sautéed vegetables with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and complete seasoning.
Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a bowl once they are cooked to desired liking.
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and then add the thawed spinach, breaking it up as it cooks.
Season the spinach with garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, and complete seasoning.
Add half a pack of feta cheese to the spinach and mix well, cooking for about 5 minutes before removing from heat.
In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with the ground turkey, adding remaining dry seasonings, breadcrumbs (3/4 cup), and 2 large eggs.
Add about half a cup of marinara sauce to the mixture and mix everything together thoroughly, using hands to incorporate well.
Prepare a glass baking dish for the meatloaf.
Take half of the turkey mixture and spread it out in the baking dish to create a base layer.
Layer the spinach and feta mixture on top of the turkey base, flattening it out evenly.
Add the remaining turkey mixture on top of the spinach layer, sealing it in.
Smooth out the top layer of the meatloaf to shape it as desired.
