Put all the marinade ingredients together to marinate the trimmed rack of baby back pork ribs for 10 minutes.

2

Smoke the baby back pork ribs on the grill at 180°F for three hours.

3

Change the heat to 225°F, prepare a heavy-duty piece of foil, and place the baby back rib (meat part facing down) on the foil. Add brown sugar, honey, and 1/2 cup apple juice on top, cover the foil tightly, and bake for two hours at 225°F.

Open the foil, brush the Salt Lick BBQ sauce on the ribs, remove the foil, and put the baby back rib on the grill. Cover and grill for 30-60 minutes until the sauce is absorbed.
