Place the seasoned trout on the lavash bread.
Drizzle olive oil over the trout and sprinkle with paprika.
Wrap the trout tightly in the lavash, sealing the edges.
Place the wrapped trout in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before unwrapping.
