6 servings
Servings4
Flour 1/2 cup
White sugar - 1 tbsp.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Apple - 4 pcs.
Lime juice - 1 tsp.
Milk (50%) + fat cream (50%) - 2/3 cup
Powdered sugar for powdering
1

Place the pan at the top of the oven and heat it to 260 °C.

2

Prepare the apples: wash, remove the peel and core.

3

Cut the apple in half and cut into thin slices.

4

In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated white sugar and salt.

5

In another bowl, mix the eggs (50% milk and 50% cream fat) and vanilla essence. Mix until uniform.

6

Add the mixed liquid ingredients to the flour. Mix well with a whisk about 20-30 seconds. Take it to the side.

7

Add apples, brown sugar and cinnamon to the pan.

8

Fry over medium heat until apples are soft and golden brown (about 10 minutes).

9

Pour the apples with the egg-and-milk mixture, put the frying pan in the preheated oven.

10

Reduce heat to 225 °C and cook until ready for about 18 minutes.

11

The edges of the pie should submerge. Then pull out the ready pie and walk with a spatula along the edges, separating them from the frying pan.

12

Turn the prepared pie into a dish upside down, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into triangles.
