Cover the pot and cook the meat on high heat for 17 to 20 minutes.

Wash and chop the red bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and ginger into chunks.

Blend the chopped vegetables until smooth to create a puree.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot and add the vegetable puree, covering to cook for 17 minutes.
