List the ingredients: dark chocolate, cocoa powder, oat milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Combine sugar and a pinch of salt in a pot.
Use a strainer to add unsweetened cocoa powder to the pot to avoid clumps.
Add a small amount of oat milk to the cocoa and sugar mixture and whisk until smooth.
Once the mixture is creamy and clump-free, add the rest of the oat milk.
Place the pot on the burner and cook at medium heat, stirring often.
Chop the dark chocolate into small, even pieces for consistent melting.
Once the mixture starts to boil, take it off the burner and add the chopped dark chocolate, mixing until melted.
Pour the mixture into a heat-resistant container and let it cool slightly before placing it in the freezer for about six hours.
After six hours, remove from the freezer and let it melt slightly if desired, or cut into squares for blending.
Blend the ice cream pieces for an extra creamy consistency, being careful not to let it melt too much.
If it melts too quickly, freeze it again for about half an hour before serving.
Serve the ice cream and enjoy the creamy, fudgy texture.
