Nutritional yeast is dairy-free and adds a cheesy flavor.

Start with a slow cooker and turn it on to high.

Sprinkle dry Italian seasoning mix in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add 1 1/2 cups of water and mix it up in the slow cooker.

Add one can of cream of chicken soup (reduced fat).

Dot 16 ounces of cream cheese evenly on top of the mixture in the slow cooker.

Place 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the cream cheese.

Cover the slow cooker and let it cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low.

After cooking, remove the lid and check for bubbling and browning around the edges.

Use tongs to transfer the chicken breasts to a serving dish.

Ladle the gravy over the chicken, ensuring it covers well.
