Garlic Chicken Pasta

250 grams plain flour
2 whole eggs
water (as needed)

Crack 2 whole eggs into a bowl and mix with a fork.

Add 250 grams of plain flour to the bowl and make a well in the middle.

Slowly pour the eggs into the well while mixing.

If the mixture is too dry, add a little bit of water; if too wet, add a bit of flour.

Knead the dough for a couple of minutes until smooth.

Dust a clean work surface with flour to prevent sticking.

Divide the dough into manageable pieces and roll out using a rolling pin or pasta machine.

Set the pasta machine to the largest setting and roll the dough through, gradually working down to thinner settings.

Use the pasta machine attachment to cut the rolled dough into linguini.

Boil a pan of salted water.

Add the linguini to the boiling water for about 1-1.5 minutes to cook the outside.

Transfer the linguini to ice-cold water to stop the cooking process.

After preparing the sauce, drop the linguini back into boiling water for a couple of minutes to finish cooking.

In a hot pan, add sliced onions, garlic, and peppers, and sauté until fragrant.

Add shredded chicken to the pan and cook until heated through.

Add cherry tomatoes to the sauce and mix well.

Transfer the linguini directly from the boiling water to the sauce and mix well.
