Gin and Tonic
Take a tall glass.
Add 15 ml of lime juice into the glass.
Add fresh coffee into the glass.
Gently muddle the coffee and lime juice to combine the flavors without being too intense.
Pour in 45 ml of chilled tonic water.
Give the drink a gentle stir.
Finish off the drink with fresh coffee.
