Turn the stove to medium heat.
Add jackfruit to a pan and cook until it starts to sizzle.
Prepare enoki mushrooms by cutting off the band that holds them together.
Add enoki mushrooms to the pan with the jackfruit.
Pour in vegetable broth and stir until the liquids evaporate.
Shred the jackfruit with a knife and fork, removing any seeds.
Sprinkle yeast over the mixture.
Add cayenne pepper and smoked paprika to the mixture.
Drizzle in coconut oil and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking pan and bake in the oven at 375 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and pan-fry to create a crispy glaze.
Add black pepper to the pan-fried mixture.
Return the mixture to the oven until the barbecue sauce is added.
