Peel the plantains and slice them.

Season the plantains with 2 tablespoons of chili pepper, 1 tablespoon of chicken seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of grated onion. Massage the seasoning into the plantains and set aside for 10 minutes.
