1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 380°F).

2

Prepare the garlic by wrapping it in foil with olive oil and roasting it in the air fryer for about 10 minutes until soft.

3

Remove the garlic from the air fryer, peel it, and squeeze it into a bowl.

4

In a bowl, combine the roasted garlic with over 1 cup of room temperature unsalted butter and mix well with a fork.

5

Add seasoning to the butter mixture, including half a teaspoon of salt, and mix until combined.

6

Pat the turkey dry with a paper towel after washing it with lemon juice.

7

Rub over 2 tablespoons of olive oil on the turkey.

8

Rub the garlic butter mixture all over the turkey, including under the skin and inside the cavity.

9

Stuff the turkey with a whole potato, onion pieces, fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic cloves, and lemon and orange wedges.

10

Prepare a baking pan by placing foil at the bottom, adding onion, carrot, orange, lemon pieces, and some potatoes, and drizzle with olive oil.

11

Place a baking rack on top of the vegetables in the pan and set the turkey on the rack.

12

Cover the turkey with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 4 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to brown.

13

Baste the turkey with pan juices during the cooking process to keep it moist.

14

Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest before serving.
