PASTA AL LIMONE (pasta with lemon and butter)

Grate the zest from half a lemon, avoiding the white part.

Melt butter in a warm pan.

Add lemon zest to the melted butter in the pan.

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the butter and lemon zest.

Squeeze in some lemon juice from the lemon.

Mix the pasta in the pan to combine with the butter and lemon zest.

Add grated Parmesan cheese to the pasta and mix well.

If the sauce is too thick, add a little bit of pasta water to loosen it up.
