Mix 5 cups of bread flour with 5 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 5 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl.
Add 2.5 cups of cold water gradually, mixing with a wooden spoon and then with hands until reaching desired consistency.
Knead the dough for 5 to 8 minutes until the texture is hard on the outside and soft on the inside.
Shape the dough into a round ball and place it on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
Brush the hot bread with butter and transfer it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
