2 cups boiled chickpeas
3 cups rice
1 teacup orzo
1 teacup oil
2 spoons butter

2 cube sugars

Take 3 cups of rice in a bowl, add a coffee spoon of salt and warm water, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

In a pan, heat 1 teacup of oil and add 1 teacup of orzo, frying until golden brown.

Add 1 litre of water to the pan, along with 2 spoons of butter, salt, and 2 cube sugars.

Once the water boils, add the soaked and washed rice and the boiled chickpeas to the pan.

Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes, then cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Wet a bowl, fill it with the rice, decorate it, and flip it over.

Decorate with red peppers and a dill on top.
