1

Add avocado oil to a 12-inch cast iron skillet.

2

Place frozen rolls in a bowl to form around it, leaving space for spinach dip. Spray with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

3

Lay out 16 to 20 rolls in the skillet, leaving about a half inch of space between each.

4

Cover the skillet with aluminum foil and let the rolls defrost for 1 to 2 hours, then allow an additional hour for the dough to rise.

5

Microwave 8 ounces of frozen spinach for a few minutes until defrosted, then dry thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess water.

6

Dice 14 ounces of marinated artichoke hearts and chop them roughly to be similar in size to the spinach.

7

In a pan over medium-high heat, fry chopped thick cut bacon until crispy, adding a little avocado oil if necessary.

8

Add diced half of a yellow onion to the pan with the bacon and sauté until softened. Then add 1 tablespoon of garlic paste and reduce heat to prevent burning.

9

In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of sour cream, the chopped artichokes, the spinach, and the bacon and onion mixture. Mix well.

10

Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/3 cup of shredded parmesan to the mixture and stir until combined. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes to taste.

11

Use a butter knife to pry the bowl out of the risen rolls, creating space for the spinach dip.

12

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

13

Spoon the spinach dip into the center of the rolls in the skillet.

14

Brush the rolls with about 3 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle more shredded mozzarella on top of both the spinach dip and the rolls.

15

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the rolls are browned and cooked through.
