Milk - ½ cup (120ml)
Melted butter - ½ cup (120ml)
Vanilla Sugar - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour - 1½ cup (195g)
Cocoa powder - ¼ cup (25g)
Baking powder - 2½ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Heavy cream - ½ cup
Dark chocolate - ½ cup

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line a loaf pan.

Beat eggs and sugar until pale and thick.

Add melted butter, warm milk, and vanilla sugar. Mix well.

Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Heat whipping cream until just hot (do not boil).
