Prepare your warm milk in a big bowl.
Add the yeast (a very dry active yeast).
Add 1 tsp of sugar.
Stir and cover for 10-12 mins in a warm place to proof.
After 10-12 minutes, add your egg, remaining sugar, salt, and flour.
Mix with your clean hands.
Add unsalted butter or margarine and mix properly.
Transfer to your work table and knead until smooth.
Cut into equal balls and place in a baking pan.
Cover with a napkin towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Egg wash the top of the rolls.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
