Boil the potatoes, let them cool, and then dice them into the bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a larger bowl if necessary.
Add 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients well.
Add Miracle Whip to the mixture, adjusting to your preference for creaminess.
Add relish to the mixture, adjusting to your taste.
Mix until well combined and creamy.
