100g | 1 medium-sized zucchini
100g | 1 medium-sized carrot
3 broccoli florets
1tsp onion powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder
20g | 1/6 cup chickpea flour
1tbsp corn starch
salt to taste

Add 200g cooked chickpeas to a large bowl.

Mash with a fork.

Grate 100g zucchini.

Grate 100g carrot.

Finely chop 3 broccoli florets.

Add mashed chickpeas, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli to the bowl.

Season with 1tsp onion powder, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp garlic powder, and salt to taste.

Add 20g chickpea flour and 1tbsp corn starch, then combine well.

Transfer mixture to the fridge for 20-60 minutes to help patties hold together.

Peel and cut 1 medium-sized sweet potato and 1 carrot into pieces and transfer to a steamer.

Steam sweet potato and carrot for 20 minutes or until cooked.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick skillet.

Shape the mixture into patties and fry with the lid on for about 5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.

Flip to the other side, pour 50ml water, and cook with the lid on for about 15 minutes.
