4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 large onion
4 chicken quarters (drumstick and thigh)

In a small bowl, combine parsley, salt, paprika, cinnamon, and ginger.

In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of the oil, the lemon juice, two cloves garlic, and 3 tablespoons of the spice mixture.

Add the chicken pieces and toss, coating each piece well.

Arrange the chicken pieces skin side up on one side of a large rimmed baking sheet.

Cut the onion into wedges.
