Cut pig feet into edible sizes; leave one pig ear whole as requested by son.
Add about 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar to the pot.
Pour in about 1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce from a nearly empty bottle.
Add a small amount of liquid smoke for flavor enhancement.
Add about 3 tablespoons of roasted garlic and herb seasoning.
Include two packets of Saison seasoning.
Add a couple of tablespoons of garlic from a container.
Add chopped red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and onion to the pot.
Pour in 4 cups of chicken stock for flavor without adding too much salt.
Add chicken bouillon to enhance seasoning without adding extra salt.
Sprinkle in some crushed red pepper for spice.
Mix all ingredients together in the pot.
Turn the heat to high, then reduce to medium once heated.
Cook for two hours, then check the pot.
After two hours, remove excess grease from the top of the broth.
Let the pot cook for an additional two hours, totaling four hours of cooking time.
Check the tenderness of the pig ears and pork; they should be done after two hours.
