Add grated fresh mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce. Stir until cheese melts.
Combine the cauliflower with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese for the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbly.
