Combine the steamed cauliflower with the cheese sauce in a glass oven-proof dish, mixing well.
Top with additional cheddar cheese and optionally some smoked paprika.
Place in a preheated oven at maximum heat for about 8-9 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
