Instructions

  • 1 (3-4 lb) turkey breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. 3Place the turkey breast on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, make deep cuts along the breast, about 1 inch apart, being careful not to cut all the way through.
